Speaking Services

I'm dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women, as they move beyond places of "stuckness".

Feeling stuck is frustrating, I know, and those feelings can often times begin a downward spiral of thinking that's just not helpful to forward movement.

I'm committed to sharing tools and strategies with your group, because running on empty doesn't have to be the norm.

As a respected educator and facilitator, I have vast experience leading all ages and sizes of groups.  I've spent 10 years leading literally thousands of people as they changed their habits and created a life of lasting health. And I've gone on to create The Love Your Life Again Program.

When you hire me, you can rest assured that your audience will not only learn something new from my presentation, but that they will be able to immediately implement a concrete strategy to move themselves forward. I'm known as a keen reflective listener and skilled facilitator. You'll see that I easily connect with audiences of all sizes, leaving them motivated, confident and empowered to take action.

All presentations are uniquely developed for each situation. However, these are my most popular topics.

Achieving Balance:
Clearing the Clutter in Our Minds and Homes

In this interactive workshop, Lisa will walk participants through The 5 Essentials To Creating Space that are needed to balance your life. These simple, yet profound

strategies will clear space and make room for new possibilities in both the home and the mind.

She’ll also share The 3 Keys to Success, assuring participants have the tools they need to create sustainable mindset shifts. Your group members will leave with an action plan they can immediately implement in their personal and professional lives.

Resilience and Balance:

Creating Your Resilience Toolkit

In this compelling presentation, Lisa will teach your group 10 Resilience Strategies, as researched by the American Psychological Association, and explain how to foster them in your own life.

Your group will engage in and learn numerous resilience techniques and strategies during this interactive learning experience.  She will teach your group how to work with their neurobiology, not against it. Each attendee will develop a personal resilience toolkit so they can rise above the big and the little stresses of life.

Courageous Conversations:

Staying Connected When We’d Rather Disengage

There comes a time in every relationship when things don’t go smoothly; when the going gets tough and what used to work, no longer does.

Challenging situations happen at work with the boss and with our co-workers. Difficulties rise up at home with our children, spouse and with our aging parents.

It’s in those tough moments, when we don’t see eye to eye, that we are called to courageously speak what’s on our mind and share what’s in our heart.

But so often, we don’t.

In this presentation Lisa will share The 3 Steps to Prepare for a Courageous Conversation. And she will walk us through The 5 Steps to take in Your Courageous Conversation.

Participants will leave this workshop inspired and prepared to have conversations that will move their relationships forward, even when things feel stuck.

Love Your Life Again:

3 Keys to Becoming a Better Leader, Parent and Partner

In this engaging, interactive presentation you’ll learn:

  • 3 confidence drains that keep you stuck and running on empty

  • 3 critical actions that all high achievers take

  • How to overcome the societal push for our “do more-be more” lives

  • How to clear the clutter in your mind and environment so you can move forward with excitement, energy and ease

What people are saying

"Lisa is a positive, can do force of nature with a way of translating, that speaks to most of us at a heart centered, essential level. She has a way of distilling complex ideas and the clutter of modern life into simple, easy to digest and integrate bites that can improve our balance, focus, and harmony. Her humility, compassion, and willingness to learn from others and co-create are an immense asset and blessing to anyone who interacts with her, whether client, collaborator, or sponsor."

~ Nancy Maxfield-Wilson, Founder Max Performance/Resilience & Change Coach

"As a professional listener and facilitator myself, I am a tough critic when it comes to watching people do these jobs. Lisa is remarkably gifted in listening and facilitating in ways needed to bring about insight and behavior change with people. She has the ability to be truly present, listens and responds to what is actually being said -- which is evidence that she "hears" people. Her level of wisdom, insight, and truly generous compassion for others is obvious in every interaction I have observed. I'd recommend working with Lisa for any number of things -- she is smart, organized, and effective."

-Nancy Kizilos-Clift, owner Clift Research and Consultation

"Lisa Bobyak is a compassionate leader. She is engaging, thoughtful and works hard to make every group member feel important. Her warmth and enthusiasm are infectious. When attending one of her groups, I always left feeling prepared, empowered and hopeful."

-Susan Carter, Executive Director of WCA Foundation

"I have heard Lisa's presentations, and have seen how she genuinely and graciously connects with her audience and is able to share valuable life affirming content in a way that inspires and makes the information easily accessible to each person attending. I highly recommend her services."

-Barb Greenberg, Founder Rediscovering U, Divorce Transition Expert, Author and Speaker
