Despite being a fan of goal setting, list making and visualization, actually achieving my goals used to be hit or miss.
You know…starting with the best of intentions and then face-deep disappointment in myself when I didn’t achieve what I hoped for.

Waking up on Monday mornings was intoxicating. I was eager and full of excitement to crush my week, take control of my schedule and nail those habits I was working on.
I’d begin to tackle each goal with optimism and gusto. Inevitably though, life would happen and knock me off track.
By Wednesday my grand plans were only a memory… lost in the minutia of my daily grind. UGH!
Why is it that, despite our best intentions, we struggle to stick to habits that promise a smoother, more fulfilling life?
Could it be we're chasing goals that don't truly resonate with us?

Rest assured, there’s nothing you need to prepare or bring with you, in order for The Life Design Retreat to be fun and successful. Show up just as you are.
However, if you’re a “planner”, like me, here are some details you might want to consider.
Lunch will not be served. However, I’ll have heavy (and delicious) apps and snacks available throughout our time together. I’ll also provide flavored sparkling water. Coffee and tea will be provided by Modernwell. Feel free to bring your preferred food and drink, if you’d like.
The time will be a mix of guided content, alone time for reflection/implementation, plus group time for sharing, supporting and learning together.
You’ll receive the updated Living Fully Balanced Life Planner along with a folder full of worksheets and resources.
