For August Only: Private "Walk and Talk" Sessions

I'm not much for surface level conversations.

Even as a kid, I always gravitated toward solid conversations of substance.

Small talk has its place. But, for me it’s to set the stage for deeper, more meaningful conversations.

Do you feel that way, too?

Maybe you feel like those “wine” sessions with friends, as fun as they are, feel a bit empty… only leading to complaining, and never to solutions.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much better we are when we have a safe space to share, hear honest and perhaps different perspectives, and make the time to adjust our approach.

I want you to be able to have a solid conversation, that’s as informational and empowering as it is fun.

To provide that, I’ve decided to add “Walk and Talk” Sessions to my offerings this August only.

The summer’s short and I LOVE to take advantage of walking outside while the weather’s warm.

So, we’re going to take it to the streets, virtually, but in real time.

We’ll both put our earbuds in and hit the pavement and have a solid conversation; you at your place, and me at mine.

Here’s what a “Walk and Talk” Session will look like.

  • 60 minutes, 1:1, private phone session with me

  • One-off session

  • Not a package deal

  • No pressure to continue our work together

  • Just a solid conversation about life and it’s challenges

  • Just between you and me

  • With an actual strategy at the end

  • $200.00

What would we talk about, you ask?

Well, I can tell you that most of my conversations with clients revolve around similar things:

  • Normally energetic women, feeling exhausted and stretched beyond their limits

  • Even keeled, lovely women secretly feeling resentful and angry (cool and calm on the outside, simmering and fuming on the inside)

  • Planners and organizers who now feel like they’re being controlled by their calendars

Wrestling with overwhelm?

Secretly feeling frustrated?

Feeling like you have NO control over how your day goes?

These are things we can talk about and create a plan of action for during our “Walk and Talk” Session.
