At the end of every quarter, I make a habit of taking time to pause and gain perspective on the past three months. And then, I excitedly plan the next quarter.. A huge opportunity for growth and wisdom is lost when we don’t look back to find the lessons learned, before diving into the planning process. This year, I encourage you to go against the hustle culture and FIRST PAUSE. GAIN PERSPECTIVE. And THEN PLAN ahead.
