With every ending year, I make a habit of taking time to pause and gain perspective on the year that was. And then, I excitedly plan for the year ahead. A huge opportunity for growth and wisdom is lost when we don’t look back to find the lessons learned, before barreling ahead into the planning process. This year, I encourage you to go against the hustle culture and FIRST PAUSE. GAIN PERSPECTIVE. And THEN PLAN ahead.
