WHO The Life Design Retreat is intended for:
The high achieving woman who knows she needs to take time for herself, so that she can thoughtfully plan ahead, yet she doesn’t have the time to step back from the pace of life.
As much as she believes that alone time is important to creating a life she loves, she also knows the importance of having other solid women in her life and values their input and support.

Our daily life requires problem solving, creativity and executive functioning. And in order to operate with a high level of cognitive ability, we need time to think.
As Socrates once said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.”
And yet, as important as this examination is, we’ve all but eliminated thinking time from our daily lives.
At The Life Design Retreat you’ll be given equal time to think ALONE as well as TOGETHER.
Here’s a high level overview of our your time during The Life Design Retreat:
Time together to meet, greet and eat
Time together to learn about the benefits and reasons for life design
Time alone (with guiding questions) to reflect on the past quarter, identify what well and what didn’t go as well, and gain new perspective
Time together for connection, collaboration and support
Time alone to schedule and plan your next quarter
Time together to share goals, offer support, plan a “Get Back On Track Strategy” and celebrate our wins
Is there homework that we need to prepare ahead of time?
Yes, but it’s minimal. A few days prior to our retreat, I’ll email you, what life coaches call a “Life Wheel”. It should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. You’ll print it out and bring it with you to the Life Design Retreat.
What to bring with you: If you already use calendars or organizing tools to keep your life in order… bring those along. And, if you don’t already have a system of organizing life… no worries! You’ll be receiving the Living Fully Balanced Life Planner at the retreat. I’ll be walking you through how to use it effectively. In general though, The Living Fully Balanced Process encourages little tweaks in how you approach your day, so that the way you live sustains you rather than drains you.
