With Fall approaching, we KNOW the rhythm of life is about to change.
Yet our fast paced culture rarely allows us to stop long enough to take stock of what this shift means to us.

We’re at a crossroads, right now.
You could decide to do nothing differently, going along to get along.
And there’s NOTHING wrong with that choice. Truly, I mean that.
Sometimes it’s not the right time to change your approach.
You may be dealing with unexpected life obstacles right now.
Maybe you’re focusing on an aging parent, tending to a sick child, starting a new career or settling into a new community.
The thing is, I do want you to recognize that you have a choice to make.
To continue living on autopilot or to live by your own design.
